Terms and Conditions — 777d Pakistan

By accessing or using any part of the 777d platform, including placing a bet, depositing funds, or claiming a bonus, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 777d. These Terms apply to all registered members and, where relevant, to visitors who browse the platform without registering.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Pakistani law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 777d shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 777d.

These Terms should be read alongside 777d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 777d.

To open and maintain a 777d account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777d does not permit individuals under 18 to register or to use any part of the platform. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing 777d from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 777d does not violate any law applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 777d or any recognised responsible gaming scheme that covers 777d's services.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and contact information. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 777d, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless written permission from 777d management has been granted.

777d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents — at any point. Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be restricted until the matter is resolved.

One account per player. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 777d account. If 777d determines that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts will be void, and the funds may be forfeited.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777d login credentials. Never share your password with any other person, and do not allow others to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact 777d support immediately. 777d will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain password security.

Account information updates. You must keep your account information — particularly your contact mobile number and payment method details — current and accurate. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or prevent 777d from contacting you regarding account matters.

Inactive accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 777d may charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity without further notice.

Supported payment methods. 777d processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on 777d is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though payment processors may apply their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal policy. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. 777d targets a processing time of under five minutes for standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals (IBFT) may take up to one business day. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, and 777d does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard PKR withdrawals.

Verification before withdrawal. 777d may require identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not a discretionary action against any individual player. Requested documents must be submitted within 14 days, or the withdrawal request will be cancelled and returned to account balance.

• Funds deposited on 777d may only be used for the purposes of placing bets and playing games on the platform.
• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Any deposit made in error should be reported to 777d support immediately. 777d will make reasonable efforts to return erroneous deposits but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior contact with 777d support are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Bet placement. All bets placed on 777d are final once confirmed by the system. Once a bet slip has been submitted and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to check all details — selection, market, stake, and odds — before confirming a bet.

Minimum and maximum stakes. 777d applies minimum and maximum stake limits that vary by product, market, and event. The applicable limits are displayed within each betting interface before bet placement. 777d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Odds changes. In live in-play betting, odds change rapidly based on match events. If the odds displayed when you initiate a bet have changed by the time your bet is processed, 777d will accept the bet at the updated odds. If the updated odds are significantly different, 777d may prompt you to confirm the new odds before the bet is accepted.

Voided bets. A bet may be voided by 777d in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the relevant market concludes.
• An obvious pricing error — including a manifestly incorrect price resulting from a data feed error — was in place when the bet was accepted. 777d reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds.
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms, including through automated means or in connection with matched betting or arbitrage activity.

Dispute of settled bets. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute with 777d support within 72 hours of the bet settling. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. 777d's decision on bet settlement disputes is final after the review process is complete.

777d offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing registered members. All offers are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players with a single, verified 777d account only. Bonus claims on duplicate accounts are void.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be staked before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in its specific terms.
• Bonuses have a validity window — a period within which the bonus must be used and wagering requirements met. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds after the validity window expires will be removed from your account automatically.
• Games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the staked amount. Slots may contribute a lower percentage. Specific game contribution rates are published in each bonus offer's terms.
• 777d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotional offer with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of low-margin, risk-free betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — is prohibited. 777d monitors bonus usage patterns and will void bonuses and related winnings in confirmed cases of abuse.

777d is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following are prohibited on the 777d platform and will result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and identity theft: Using false identities, stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting yourself in any way during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during poker or card games to share hand information or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, automated betting scripts, or any software designed to interact with 777d in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between 777d and other platforms to generate guaranteed profits at the expense of 777d's commercial operations.
• Money laundering: Using 777d for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds that were not generated through legitimate means.

777d employs automated monitoring systems that flag unusual account behaviour for review by our security team. If your account is flagged, it may be temporarily restricted while the review is completed. 777d will contact you if additional information is required from you as part of that review.

All card games and slots on 777d use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party — including 777d itself.

Your continued use of 777d after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your 777d account before the amendment takes effect.
